She is also the Founder and Managing Broker of D. West & Associates Real Estate Group, where she is known for her expertise in valuation, asset analysis, and navigating complex housing transactions with precision and integrity. Before launching her brokerage, Danesha built a strong foundation in both government and nonprofit-adjacent service roles, including work with the U.S. Department of Commerce, the Circuit Court of Cook County, and organizations serving youth and families. Her earlier career includes experience as a youth care worker, residential supervisor, and family advocate—roles that required crisis intervention, program coordination, documentation, and direct support to vulnerable populations.
